Abraham Williams: 1957-2009

Abraham (“Abe”) Williams departed this life on October 30, 2009 at Anne Arundel Hospital. He was born on December 27, 1955 to Florene and David Williams. He was a graduate of McKinley Technical High School and attended Howard University. He accepted Christ at an early age and received his Christian education at the direction of Pastor Edgar L. William of Second New St. Paul Baptist Church.

Abe left Second New St. Paul Baptist Church and joined the Church at Northern Virginia, where he remained a faithful member for more than 25 years.

Abe witnessed to everyone about the Lord Jesus, wherever he went. Abe enjoyed fishing, car auctions, and spending quality time with his family, especially his two grandchildren – Niya and David.

Abe was preceded in death by his son David Rameir Williams. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Pam of 29 years, his daughter Shalita, two sons Joseph and Christopher, two loving grandchildren Niya and David, one brother James Williams (Elaine), and one sister Judy Baltimore. Also eight aunts and one Uncle and many other family and close friends.
